K C After developing an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury and not successful with normal rehabilitation,I was recommended Kinver Physiotherapy Practice through a friend. On my first visit Jerome diagnosed a medial collateral ligament sprain which I had most likely injured during my initial ACL injury. Jerome treated my injury with a combination of soft tissue frictions and acupuncture alongside a general rehabilitation programme. I am glad to say I have recovered fully and I am now back playing 5 a-side without any pain limitation.
Green SI have had long standing lower back pain with 10 years and had several treatments in the past with a chiropractor which helped for a short while but my pain always returned. I found Kinver Physiotherapy Practice via Bupa and after a few treatments I now understand a lot more about the cause of my lower back pain and how to manage it. Jerome takes a very educational and hands on approach and I am now able to manage my back pain because I am aware of the factors which leads to provoke my pain. I have now got a regular regime of exercises to manage my lower back pain and that's all down to Kinver Physiotherapy Practice, using a holistic approach to treatment .
Hi Jerome,
I’m very well thanks. The scan results showed, as we expected, general wear and tear and nothing serious so that’s good. I’ve had no back pain since the sessions so am really pleased. I need to remind myself to do the exercises though of course! Thanks for all your help and advice, I will certainly recommend you to others. Cheers A Cooke Kinver. |
Andrew Marr who is now recovering after his stroke explains the importance of having physiotherapy to aid recovery.
I wonder if Mr. Marr had a health check done before he decided to increase his intensity of workout, especially his blood pressure and a screen for risk factors in stroke. He also implies that stress in the previous year may have been a contributory factor. |
